Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

2. Account Management

Once your account is successfully registered and verified, you gain access to the full range of bdtk33 services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotional offers. The following account management rules apply at all times:

1. Account currency: All bdtk33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is offered within the Platform.
2. Inactive accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. bdtk33 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been dispatched to the registered email address. 4. Account termination: bdtk33 may permanently close an account — and void all associated balances including bonus and real-money funds — where evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, identity misrepresentation, or repeated Terms violations is established beyond reasonable doubt.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdtk33 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure fast, convenient transactions for all registered users. The following financial terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the Platform:

1. Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at bdtk33's discretion.
2. Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by bdtk33, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

5. Withdrawal verification: All users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. bdtk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds evidence — for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
6. Chargebacks and disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider without first contacting bdtk33 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback claim will be suspended pending investigation.

4. Responsible Gaming

bdtk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

1. Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
2. Session time limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and maximum session lengths. When a session limit is reached, the user will be logged out automatically.
3. Self-exclusion: Any user who wishes to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so for a minimum period of 30 days or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within one hour of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of bdtk33 or its licensed third-party partners. No user is granted any right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property by virtue of registering an account or using the services.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bdtk33 Platform without prior express written consent from bdtk33. Unauthorised use of bdtk33 intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting outcomes, whether influenced by technical errors or not.
2. Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
3. Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5. Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or participating banks.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdtk33 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to bdtk33's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in bdtk33's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Users based in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access the Platform as an offshore service and that Bangladeshi courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from its use. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your home jurisdiction to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

8. General Provisions

1. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtk33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
3. Waiver: bdtk33's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of bdtk33. bdtk33 may assign its rights and obligations freely without restriction.
5. Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
